Planner

1. What comes with The Content Planner?When you purchase The Content Planner, it comes with 1 x Outside storage box, The Content Planner, 2 x 'Stick to Your Plan' social media sticker sheets, 1 x coordinating 'Match Your Months' sticker sheet and 2 x Gold camera paper clips. Additional sticker sheets, the matching Gold Diamond Pen and Zebra Mildliners are sold separately.2. Is the planner dated?No. For the most flexibility in your planning, the monthly spreads are fillable. You set the start date and write in the months and dates. Every planner includes a 'Match your Months' sticker sheet with all the monthly stickers and page tabs for easy setup.3. How many months does the planner cover?The Content Planner covers 15 months of planning.4. Can I plan for multiple businesses and accounts in one planner?Absolutely! To plan for more than one social account or business, simply color code your writing or use our dedicated Color Coding Sticker Set to visually organize your planning by color. You can also dedicate one spread per client per month. We recommend a maximum of 3 accounts or businesses per planner.

2. From the time I place my order, how long does shipping take?If you complete your order before 12pm ET, we are proud to offer same-day shipping (excluding weekends). Orders placed after 12pm ET will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday. Once your package has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation.

3. Where do you ship from?All orders are processed and fulfilled from our Toronto warehouse. Local pick-up is not available for Toronto customers.4. Do you ship internationally?Yes, we do. Currently, we ship to Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and select countries in Asia, Europe, South America and the Caribbean. Here is a full list of countries we don't ship to.5. What shipping carriers do you use?We use Canada Post for Canadian addresses, UPS for US addresses and POST NL for orders to the rest of the world. We are continuing to seek better shipping options from different carriers.6. What if my package is lost or delayed?If your order tracking isn't showing updates and seems "stuck", please email support@thecontentplanner.com and include your unique Order ID for a faster response. If you think your order may be lost, our Customer Support manages lost packages on a case-by-case basis. Please email us directly. 7. How can I track the status of my package?After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once the shipping carrier has scanned your package, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email. Inside this email, you can find your tracking information.8. My tracking says "Delivered", but my package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?If your tracking says "Delivered", but you can't locate your package, there are a few things you can do before contacting Customer Support. First, confirm the package isn't in a separate community package locker or has been picked up by a neighbour/family member/concierge.

In rare cases, the driver can sometimes scan the package too early, so you're welcome to wait one business day to see if the package will show up. If you have proof that your package has been stolen, an insurance claim can be submitted with the shipping carrier. The Content Planner Inc. is not responsible for stolen packages.

Returns

What is your return policy?If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you're welcome to return your Content Planner and receive a refund. You'll be reimbursed the total dollar amount of your order before shipping less a 10% restocking fee.

The refund amount will be returned back to your original method of payment after the warehouse successfully receives your returned package and confirms all the necessary components have been included. The Content Planner must be in sellable condition in order to be reimbursed.
