1. I purchased my Content Planner during the pre-sale. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Pre-sale orders will start shipping on Monday, November 12. You'll receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way. Once shipped, you'll also be provided with tracking information.
2. When is the official launch for 2019?
The official 2019 launch date is November 14 at 5pm EST. For the latest updates, stay tuned on our Instagram.
3. Is pick up available in Toronto, Canada?
Due to the volume of orders, pick up is not available in Toronto. Shipping within Canada is up to 7 business days and is the fastest delivery option.

Yes we do! Currently, we ship The Content Planner to the U.S, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

5. Does The Content Planner come in different colors?
Each year, The Content Planner will be released in one new signature color. This year's 2019 edition is a lavender light purple planner shipped inside a darker purple protective box, which you can use to store or travel with your planner.
6. What comes with The Content Planner?
When you purchase The Content Planner, it comes with one purple storage box, The Content Planner 2019 in lavender light purple, 2 'Stick to Your Plan' social media sticker sheets, 1 'Match Your Months' sticker sheet and 2 gold camera paper clips.
Additional sticker sheets and the matching gold diamond pen are sold separately and will be available on the official launch date.
7. I purchased a digital printable, but didn't receive a download link. What should I do?
First, please check your spam folders. If you still can't find the email with the download link, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can resend the email to you.
